The preventive dose in poultry: 1 gm per 4 liters of drinking water or 1 gm per 3 kg of feed Therapeutic dose in poultry: 1 gm per 2-5 liters of drinking water or 1 gm per 1.5-2 liters of feed. In calves and goats: Before weaning: 1 g / 10-15 kg of body weight After weaning: 1 g / 15-18 kg of body weight Sheep and goats: 1 kg / 15-20 kg of body weight
